MasterPeace Kenya is a registered not-for-profit woman and youth empowerment organization. It was founded in 2014 as a youth group and was later registered as a community-Based Organization in 2022. The organization has since continued to develop and gain experience across a range of areas critical to children, youth and women empowerment, building its competence and refining its vision and mission as to what is the best way to address the many issues facing the target population in Kenya.
Masterpeace Kenya Believes that Kenya has 50 million talents rather than 50 million issues. Therefore, we use the “soft power” of music, art, sports and play to engage young people and women. We believe that there is more that we have in common than what separates us. Therefore, we connect young people and women from different backgrounds, and we organize dialogue within and between communities and stakeholders, contributing to building a strong local ecosystem. We believe that the lack of perspective triggers polarization, extremism and conflict.
Therefore, we empower the young people and women, creating perspective through capacity-building in education, livelihoods and leadership training
